Accounts Manager

Role Overview

Hit Ace Multi Fab Industries LLC is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our financial department. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensure rigorous compliance with UAE accounting standards, and provide strategic insights to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee daily accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.

• Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Develop annual budgets and perform variance analysis to optimize operational costs.

• Compliance: Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely filing and documentation.

• Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audit processes to ensure transparency and accuracy.

• Internal Controls: Strengthen financial workflows and internal controls within the ERP system to safeguard company assets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial sector in the UAE.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, Tally and experience working with integrated ERP systems.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law and VAT regulations.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
