QA/QC Manager

Hit Ace Multi Fab Industries LLC is looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to lead our quality assurance department. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes, ensuring every product meeting our facility leaves in full compliance with international standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Standards: Implement and maintain rigorous QC protocols for all stages of production, from raw material receipt to final fabrication.

• Compliance & ISO: Ensure all processes align with ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant industry certifications. Lead internal quality audits and host external auditors.

• Inspection: Oversee non-destructive testing (NDT), welding inspections, and dimensional checks to ensure zero-defect delivery.

• Documentation: Manage the preparation of Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and final quality dossiers for clients.

• Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Supplier Quality: Evaluate and monitor vendor performance to ensure incoming materials meet company standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role specifically within steel fabrication, heavy engineering, or oil & gas.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of international standards (ASME, ASTM, AWS, BS EN).

• Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 or AWS CWI (Welding Inspector) and NDT Level II certifications are highly preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
